Backups are done daily and stored remotely in case of a data
center disaster. The server also has RAID (redundant array of
independent disks) drives so if a drives fails there is
another drive with the same data and the bad drive can be replaced
with no down time. With the low cost of disk drives almost every
server has RAID drives now a days.
